Sales Operations Administrator

The Sales Operations Administrator is Effiqo’s revenue systems operator. This person ensures the entire revenue engine runs with precision, clarity, and zero friction. They support pipeline creation, run sales motions, manage customer onboarding, and maintain the operational backbone that allows Effiqo to scale.

This is not a narrow admin role. This is a high‑initiative, cross‑functional operator who can:

a. Run outbound tasks

b. Support sales calls and follow‑ups

c. Manage CRM and reporting

d. Own onboarding workflows

e. Deliver customer success touchpoints

f. Step into any revenue gap and execute


Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations (Primary Ownership)

a. Maintain 100% CRM accuracy across contacts, accounts, deals, and activities.

b. Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, outbound performance, and forecasting.

c. Manage sales sequences, templates, scripts, and enablement assets.

d. Support list building, segmentation, enrichment, and outbound deployment.

e. Prepare daily/weekly sales briefs for leadership and reps.

f. Ensure SLA compliance for follow‑ups, lead routing, and deal progression.

g. Support deal desk tasks: proposals, contracts, compliance checks.

2. Sales Execution (Active Participation)

a. Conduct initial qualification calls when needed (inbound or outbound).

b. Assist AEs/Closers with follow‑ups, scheduling, documentation, and prep.

c. Run light discovery or pre‑qualification to support pipeline velocity.

d. Manage sales inboxes, manage leads, and respond to inquiries.

e. Support outbound campaigns by creating personalized touches and research.

f. Step into sales conversations when the team is at capacity.


3. Customer Success & Onboarding (Shared Ownership)

a. Manage post‑sale handoff from Sales to Customer Success.

b. Coordinate and execute onboarding workflows, ensuring clients feel supported from day one.

c. Target and reach out to form partnerships and create avenues for new business.

d. Track onboarding milestones, deliverables, and client progress.

e. Conduct check‑ins, gather feedback, and escalate risks early.

f. Maintain documentation for onboarding, training, and client success processes.

g. Support renewal and upsell motions with data, insights, and communication.



Ideal Candidate Profile

a. 2–5 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Admin, Customer Success, or hybrid revenue roles.

b. Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce required).

c. Comfortable performing light sales duties (qualification, follow‑ups, scheduling).

d. Comfortable performing customer success duties (onboarding, check‑ins, documentation).

e. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and operationally disciplined.

The Growth Sales Strategist is Effiqo’s primary engine for identifying high-leverage opportunities and architecting the path to client transformation. You act as a consultant, diagnosing "Revenue Leaks" and building the bridge to a predictable, scalable future for our partners.

This is a high-stakes, consultative role for a revenue architect who can:

a. Diagnose business pain points with surgical precision.

2. Strategic Sales Execution


a. Consultative Selling: Lead high-value discovery sessions that challenge prospect assumptions and build deep trust.
